Yip Emotion and Social (YES) Research Lab

The Yip Emotion and Social (YES) Research Lab is dedicated to advancing our understanding about how emotions influence social judgments and behavior in negotiations and in organizations. We employ experimental and survey methods to test hypotheses in the laboratory and in the field. We conduct research that is both rigorous and relevant to the field of organizational behavior.
